Digital downloads (e.g., Gumroad products) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid services until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFEPACK AI LLC, ITS OWNER, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may stop using our services at any time. You may cancel subscriptions through the platform where you subscribed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property) will survive termination.

For subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolfepack AI LLC regarding your use of our services.
