This Privacy Policy describes how Wolfepack AI LLC ("Wolfepack," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the SmartMiles website and services.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Email address - when you subscribe to a newsletter, sign up for a service, or contact us
- Name - if provided during signup or purchase
- Payment information - processed by our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Gumroad). We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers or banking details.
- Communications - any messages or feedback you send to us via email or contact forms
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Website analytics - collected by Cloudflare, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and visit timestamps
- Email engagement data - collected by Beehiiv, including open rates, click rates, and subscription activity
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not use first-party tracking cookies beyond those set by Cloudflare and Beehiiv as part of their standard operation
- We use conversion tracking pixels from Twitter/X, Google Ads, and Reddit on our websites solely to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. These pixels fire when you complete a specific action (such as submitting an email signup form) and help us understand which ads are working. They are used for conversion measurement only, not for behavioral profiling or retargeting. You can opt out of this tracking by disabling third-party cookies in your browser settings or by using the opt-out mechanisms provided by each platform (Twitter/X privacy settings, Google Ad Settings, Reddit privacy preferences). Colorado residents may opt out under the Colorado Privacy Act, and California residents may opt out under the CCPA, by contacting us at jesse@wolfepack.ai
- We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or biometric data
- We do not collect information from children under 13 (see Section 9)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver newsletters, content, and digital products you have subscribed to or purchased

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Email addresses and subscriber data - retained for the duration of your subscription, plus up to 12 months after unsubscription for re-subscription convenience
- Purchase records - retained for as long as required by tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years)
- Website analytics - retained according to Cloudflare's standard retention periods
- Communications - retained as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then archived or deleted
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Using HTTPS encryption on all websites
- Relying on established, reputable third-party processors (Stripe, Cloudflare) for sensitive data handling
- Limiting access to personal information to the business owner only
- Not storing payment information on our systems
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 All Users
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction - request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion - request deletion of your personal information
- Opt-out - unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly

7.2 Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) - Colorado Residents
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act provides you with additional rights:

- Right to delete your personal data
- Right to data portability - receive your data in a portable format
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data), targeted advertising, or profiling

7.3 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) - California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA:

- Right to delete your personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Right to non-discrimination - we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months:
- Identifiers (email address, name, IP address)
- Commercial information (purchase history)
- Internet activity (browsing data via Cloudflare analytics)
We do not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
8. International Users
Our services are primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
We do not specifically target users in the European Union. If you are located in the EU and have concerns about data processing, please contact us at jesse@wolfepack.ai.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Users of SmartMiles services must be 18 or older.

10. Do Not Track Signals
Our websites do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no industry-standard protocol for handling these signals. However, we limit tracking to the analytics described in this policy and do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
